Advantages: They wash in seconds with water, dry quickly, fit perfectly to any leg shape, durable and mud-resistant. Disadvantages: They can overheat the area if used on very hot days. For intense work in summer, alternate with polo wraps or more ventilated boots.

How to put on boots correctly

  1. Clean the horse's leg of mud and wet hair.
  2. Place the boot centered on the cannon bone, covering the fetlock.
  3. Fasten the Velcro or buckles from bottom to top.
  4. Check that there are no folds under the boot.
  5. It should be firm but not compress: you should be able to pass a finger underneath.
