Payment Methods at Rincón del Valle
We accept multiple secure payment methods so you can easily purchase the equestrian equipment you need.
Credit and Debit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. The charge is immediate, and the payment process goes through the secure Shopify Payments gateway with SSL encryption.
PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay with your balance or link a card/bank. PayPal Buyer Protection is included.
Bizum
For customers with a Spanish bank account, Bizum is the fastest option: confirmation with your mobile in 5 seconds. Compatible with all major Spanish banks.
Bank Transfer
If you prefer a bank transfer, we will provide you with an IBAN account. The order is confirmed when the amount is received (1-3 days depending on the bank). The "Bank Transfer" option appears at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
We do not offer cash on delivery due to the excessive commissions imposed by courier services, which would unfairly impact the price. We work with fast and secure methods.
Installment Payments / Klarna
For orders over €200, we offer interest-free installment payments in 3 parts via Klarna. This option appears at checkout when applicable.
Payment Security
We work with Shopify Payments and PayPal, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest level of security for online payments). We never store your card information — it is handled directly by the processor.
Invoicing
All purchases include a downloadable digital invoice from your account. If you need an invoice with specific tax details (company, equestrian club), add the details before paying or contact us.
Refunds
In case of a return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used, within 3-7 days after receiving the returned item in perfect condition.

Extended Information
Quality and Care of Equestrian Products
Equestrian products are subject to intensive use and often face demanding conditions: sweat, mud, dust, sun, rain. Choosing materials suitable for actual use, performing basic maintenance, and adhering to replacement schedules when applicable significantly extends their lifespan. A well-managed product lasts twice as long as a neglected one, with the same initial purchase.
Fit for Horse and Rider
Equestrian products only work well if they fit both the horse and the rider using them. This makes the choice personal: what is perfect for one pair may be unfeasible for another. Trying before deciding, consulting with a professional when in doubt, and not being swayed by trends are good general rules.
