The Star Lady Chrome, with its chrome finish, is designed for the most demanding riders. The outer shell is made of lightweight and durable ABS, covered with a special fabric that is not only waterproof but also scratch-resistant and very easy to clean.

The eco-leather chin strap is soft, comfortable, and hypoallergenic, preventing skin irritation. The inner padding is made of 100% Merino wool, a natural antibacterial fiber with exceptional breathability and temperature regulation.

The inner shell is made of expanded polystyrene in three different densities, which provides optimal impact protection without sacrificing lightness. The smart ventilation system, featuring two honeycomb grids, promotes airflow. And the patented Fit System—the first of its kind in the equestrian sector—precisely adapts to the rider's head and also offers support in the neck area.

Safety and certification

KASK declares this helmet compliant with the EN 1384:2023 standards—the current European standard for equestrian helmets in its 2023 revision—and the American ASTM F1163. The certification is printed on a label inside the helmet, along with the date of manufacture.

What is the Fit System?

It is the adjustment system patented by KASK, the first of its kind in the equestrian sector. It self-adjusts to the contour of the head and also supports the nape of the neck, rather than just tightening from the back.

Why Merino wool for the interior?

It is a natural antibacterial fiber that breathes and regulates temperature much better than a synthetic lining, which is why the helmet does not accumulate heat or odor in the same way.

When should a helmet be replaced?

After any strong impact, even if nothing is visible on the outside: the expanded polystyrene works by deforming and no longer protects the same way afterwards.
