The Star Lady Chrome, with its chrome finish, is designed for the most demanding riders. The outer shell is made of lightweight and durable ABS, covered with a special fabric that not only makes it waterproof but also protects it from scratches and makes it very easy to clean.

The eco-leather chinstrap is soft, comfortable, and hypoallergenic, preventing skin irritation. The inner padding is made of 100% merino wool, a natural antibacterial fiber with exceptional breathability and temperature regulation.

The inner shell is made of expanded polystyrene in three different densities, providing optimal impact protection without sacrificing lightness. The intelligent ventilation system, with two honeycomb grids, promotes air circulation. And the patented Fit System —the first of its kind in the equestrian sector— adapts precisely to the rider's head and also provides support for the neck area.

Safety and approval

KASK declares for this helmet the EN 1384:2023 standards —the current European standard for equestrian helmets, in its 2023 revision— and ASTM F1163, the American standard. The approval is printed on a label inside the helmet, along with the date of manufacture.

What is the Fit System?

It is the adjustment system patented by KASK, the first of its kind in the equestrian sector. It self-adjusts to the contour of the head and also supports the nape of the neck, instead of just tightening from behind.

Why merino wool inside?

It is a natural antibacterial fiber that breathes and regulates temperature much better than a synthetic lining, which is why the helmet does not accumulate heat or odor in the same way.

When should a helmet be replaced?
