Modern style, captivating elegance
The Star Lady Chrome, with its chrome finish, is designed for the most demanding riders. The outer shell is made of lightweight and durable ABS, covered with a special fabric that not only makes it waterproof but also protects it from scratches and makes it very easy to clean.
The eco-leather chin strap is soft, comfortable, and hypoallergenic, which prevents skin irritation. The inner padding is made of 100% merino wool, a natural antibacterial fiber with exceptional breathability and temperature regulation.
The inner shell is made of expanded polystyrene in three different densities, providing optimal protection against impacts without compromising on weight. The smart ventilation system, featuring two honeycomb-shaped grilles, promotes airflow. And the patented Fit System —the first of its kind in the equestrian sector— adapts precisely to the rider's head and also provides support for the neck area.
Safety and approval
For this helmet, KASK declares compliance with the EN 1384:2023 standards —the current European standard for equestrian helmets, in its 2023 revision— and ASTM F1163, the American standard. The approval is printed on a label inside the helmet, along with the date of manufacture.

A helmet must be firm and without pressure: it should not move when you lower your head or turn when you shake it side to side. If you are between two sizes, the rear adjustment dial or system provides room within each one.

When should it be replaced?
As a general recommendation, after any strong impact, a helmet should be replaced even if it shows no visible external damage. After several years of use (5 years as a standard reference), the materials also lose their absorption capacity.

What is the Fit System?
It is the adjustment system patented by KASK, the first of its kind in the equestrian sector. It self-adjusts to the contour of the head and also supports the nape, instead of just tightening from behind.
Why merino wool inside?
It is a natural antibacterial fiber that breathes and regulates temperature much better than a synthetic liner, which is why the helmet does not accumulate heat or odor in the same way.
When should a helmet be replaced?
After any strong impact, even if nothing is visible on the outside: the expanded polystyrene works by deforming and no longer protects the same way.
