Pure adrenaline
The Star Lady Pure Shine is entirely designed and manufactured in Italy. Its elegant molded ABS outer shell is highly resistant and lightweight, and the soft eco-leather chin strap is hypoallergenic and washable.
The comfortable and breathable inner padding is made of 100% merino wool, a natural antibacterial fiber. It features a tone-on-tone structure.
The inner shell is made of expanded polystyrene in three different densities, providing optimal impact protection without compromising lightness. The smart ventilation system, with two honeycomb grids, promotes airflow. And the patented Fit System—the first of its kind in the equestrian sector—adapts precisely to the rider's head and also provides support for the neck area.
Safety and approval
KASK declares that this helmet meets the EN 1384:2023 standards—the current European standard for equestrian helmets in its 2023 revision—and ASTM F1163, the American standard. The approval is printed on a label inside the helmet, along with the date of manufacture.

A helmet should fit firmly without pressing: it should not move when you tilt your head down or turn when you shake your head. If you are between two sizes, the rear adjustment wheel or system allows for margin within each one.

When should it be replaced?
As a general recommendation, after any strong impact, a helmet should be replaced even if it shows no visible external damage. After several years of use (5 years as a standard reference), the materials also lose their absorption capacity.

What is the Fit System?
It is the adjustment system patented by KASK, the first of its kind in the equestrian sector. It self-adjusts to the contour of the head and also supports the nape of the neck, rather than just tightening from the back.
Why merino wool on the inside?
It is a natural antibacterial fiber that breathes and regulates temperature much better than a synthetic lining, which is why the helmet does not accumulate heat or odor in the same way.
When should a helmet be replaced?
After any strong impact, even if there is no visible damage on the outside: the expanded polystyrene works by deforming and will no longer protect in the same way.
