APTIMA® Calm & Repair for horses is a spray for the care of sensitive, irritated, or compromised skin. Its formula with zinc gluconate, L-lysine, and taurine contributes to maintaining the skin in good condition and provides cutaneous comfort. Indicated for areas subject to friction, such as those under the saddle or girth, as well as for the care of minor superficial alterations. It forms a mucoadhesive film that helps keep the product on the application area. Free of antibiotics and corticosteroids, suitable for frequent use on horses with delicate skin.

Characteristics
Dermatological, pH-neutral formula based on Zinc Gluconate, L-Lysine, and Taurine.
Soothing and repairing action.
Spray presentation that creates a mucoadhesive film, promoting a longer contact time.
Contains no antibiotics or corticosteroids.
Aqueous and colorless solution: does not stain hair or fabrics.
Does not sting.
For use with or without bandages.
Recommended uses
Promotes a soothing and repairing effect for the care of wounds, chafing (from saddle, girth, bridle, spurs, etc.), eczema, abrasions, burns, and skin allergies.
Helps maintain the barrier effect and the physiological conditions of the skin.
Provides a protective layer due to its mucoadhesive effect.
Instructions for use
Clean and dry the affected skin.
Spray or apply a thin layer onto the area of interest 2 times a day.
The affected area can be bandaged or left exposed and should be re-evaluated by your veterinarian every 7-10 days.
