Is it adjustable?
Yes, most QHP halters are adjustable at the headpiece and noseband to achieve a perfect fit.
Can it be used to tie up the horse?

How do I clean it?
Leather: use a specific cleaner and nourish with balm (not oil). Rope/nylon: machine washable at 30°C in a laundry bag.
