How to choose the right size
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, above your ears and across the widest part of your skull. The measurement in centimeters is what matters, not your usual hat size.
| S | 52 - 54 cm head circumference |
| M | 55 - 57 cm head circumference |
| L | 58 - 60 cm head circumference |
A helmet should fit firmly without pressure: it should not move when you nod your head or rotate when you shake it. If you are between two sizes, the rear adjustment dial or system provides a range within each.
