The snaffle is the simplest mouthpiece and most horses accept it well. The double-jointed bit distributes pressure on the tongue and acts more gently.

- German silver material: 66.3% copper and 32.7% zinc, with small amounts of other metals for increased strength and durability
- Double-jointed snaffle
- Bit thickness: 14 mm
- Available in sweet iron:
- Stimulates salivation, which improves acceptance of the mouthpiece
- Has a slightly sweet taste due to oxidation, which encourages the horse to chew the bit
- Available in German silver:
- Neutral or slightly sweet taste, and does not rust like sweet iron
- Stays smooth longer and changes color or texture less
- Suitable for horses sensitive to oxidation or that need a milder mouthpiece
- Available in sandblasted finish:
- Stainless steel mouthpiece with a sandblasted center piece, giving it a subtle texture
- The texture is pleasant in the horse's mouth and encourages better acceptance of the mouthpiece
