Horslyx 650 g is the small size of Horslyx lick blocks: a container that the horse licks instead of biting. The brand presents it as a reward that lasts longer than a carrot, an apple, or a treat that is eaten in one bite, which is why it is used during training and daily handling.
All varieties share the same base, according to Horslyx:
- Vitamins, minerals, and trace elements to balance forage and grass deficiencies.
- Antioxidants (vitamin E and selenium) and chelated copper and zinc, to support the immune system.
- High oil content, for skin and coat.
- Biotin, zinc, and methionine, for hooves.
Who is it for
Designed for those who want to reward their horse during training and daily handling with something that lasts longer than a treat. Since it is licked instead of bitten, the container is used as a reward or distraction, and the variety is chosen according to the supplement of interest: respiratory, joint, digestive, or with garlic.
Varieties
- Original: the base, with no added ingredients.
- Respiratory: with menthol, eucalyptus, and anise, to support the respiratory tract.
- Garlic: with pure garlic oil; according to the brand, it helps repel biting insects.
- Mobility: with glucosamine HCl, MSM, and omega oils, as a joint supplement.
- Pro Digest: with a digestive supplement and apple flavor.
There is also a 5 kg block to leave in the stall: Original, Respiratory, Mobility, and Pro Digest.
