Important size information

Compare your shoe size, shaft height, and calf circumference with the official guide for this model, available next to the size selector.

Measure yourself while wearing your riding breeches and socks. Do not go up a shoe size to compensate for a narrow shaft: check the measurements of the version you are choosing.

How to get the size right

A tall riding boot is not chosen by shoe size alone. Three measurements are required, and this is exactly what prevents the most returns:

  • Foot length, from toe to heel and while standing.
  • Height, from the floor to the hollow behind the knee.
  • Calf circumference, at its widest point.

Measure yourself while wearing your riding breeches, not jeans or with a bare leg: the difference is several centimeters and is the most common reason why a boot won't close. Do it in the afternoon, as your feet and calves swell throughout the day.

Sizes for this model: 43, 42, 41, 40, 39, 38, 37, 36, 35, 34, 33, 32.

This model is also sold by shaft: L, M, S. Choose it based on your leg measurement, not your shoe size.

Several brands manufacture the same model in different shaft widths as separate references. If the calf circumference is tight, look for the wide version before going up a shoe size.

Leather gives slightly in circumference with use and the shaft drops a few millimeters as creases form at the ankle, but the foot length does not stretch: do not compensate for a short size hoping it will stretch. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
