Clean the exterior only with water. The inner lining is removable and hand-washable. Do not use solvents or put it in the washing machine.
How to choose the right size
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, above the ears and across the widest part of the skull. The measurement in centimeters is what counts, not your usual hat size.

A helmet should fit firmly without pressing: it should not move when you lower your head or rotate when you shake your head from side to side. If you are between two sizes, the rear dial or adjustment system allows for flexibility within each size.
