Equestro Airbag Vest with Level 2 Back Protection

With the Equestro airbag, you wear an airbag vest without the feeling of wearing one. It is lightweight and does not restrict movement despite the integrated back protector. Made with high-quality elastic materials. Its micro-perforated fabric allows for optimal ventilation, therefore, it can be used in both summer and winter.
It is supplied with a CO2 gas cartridge, an activation key, the connection strap, the connection cable, and the level 2 back protector. The cable, attached to the saddle, ensures the connection between the airbag vest and the saddle thanks to the connection strap directly connected to the gas cartridge. In the event of a fall, the gas cartridge disconnects from the vest: it is this mechanism that activates the inflation of the airbag chamber in a few milliseconds.
All that needs to be done is to install a new one.
Inspired by protective vests designed for motorcycling or skiing, this airbag vest, in the event of a fall, is activated mechanically and ultra-rapidly before impact to protect vital areas of the body, including the abdomen, the rib cage, the neck, the back, and more precisely the spine.
Thanks to its slim fit, it adapts to your riding attire.

IMPORTANT: It must never be worn under a rigid protective vest, as it would prevent the inflatable protection from functioning correctly.

Sold with back protector for additional support to the spine, although it is easily removable via an internal zipper.

How to find the right size

An airbag vest must be worn snug to the body: if it moves, it neither protects well nor deploys as it should. Measure your chest and waist circumference over the clothing you will be wearing to ride, not over bare skin, because the vest is always worn on the outside.

Never wear it under a rigid protective vest: it would prevent the inflatable protection from working.

Yes. The CO₂ cartridge is for single use: after each activation, a new one must be installed for the vest to be operational again.
