Frequently asked questions
How do you measure the width of the bit?
It is measured from end to end of the metal shank in centimeters. The usual range is between 10.5 and 14 cm depending on the horse.
What material should I choose?
Common materials (stainless steel, sweet iron, rubber, copper) have different effects on the horse's acceptance. The choice depends on the specific horse.
Single or double joint?
A single joint creates a pinching effect on the tongue; a double joint distributes the pressure and is usually better accepted. Each specific model has its own specific action.
