Frequently asked questions
How is bit width measured?
It is measured from end to end of the metal shank in centimeters. Typically, it ranges between 10.5 and 14 cm depending on the horse.
Which material should I choose?
Common materials (stainless steel, sweet iron, rubber, copper) have different effects on the horse's acceptance. The choice depends on the individual horse.
Single or double joint?
A single joint creates a nutcracker effect on the tongue; a double joint distributes pressure and is usually more accepted. Each specific model has its own specific action.
