To start riding safely, you need five items: an approved riding helmet (with manufacturer-indicated certification, depending on the model), boots or ankle boots with a low heel, riding breeches without inner seams, gloves, and, recommended for jumping and beginners, a protective vest.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 working hours. Standard delivery to mainland Spain takes 3-5 working days and costs €4.99, and it is free on orders from €70 (mainland Spain only). If you need it sooner, express shipping delivers in 24/48 h for €9.99. You can also collect your order from our physical shop.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt for exchanges and returns. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. See our full returns policy.
Which equestrian brands do you sell?
We work with more than 25 international brands, including HKM, Equestrian Stockholm, Kingsland, Leovet, Stübben, Kentucky, QHP, Chester, DeNiro, Waldhausen, Effol and Equithème. All products in the catalog are original products with an official guarantee.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes. In addition to the online store, we have a physical store with personalized service. You can find the address and opening hours on the contact page. We can advise you in person on sizes, frames, and gear.
How do I choose the right helmet or boot size?
Each product page includes the manufacturer's size guide. For helmets, measure your head circumference 2 cm above your eyebrows; for boots, consider the height and width of your calf. If you have any questions, write to us on WhatsApp (620 17 64 18) and we will help you before you buy.
